Glynwood is an agricultural nonprofit with a mission to ensure the Hudson Valley is a region defined by food, where farming thrives. Our farm is a working model for regenerative practices and serves as a training ground for apprentices while providing fresh, locally-grown food to our community.

Our produce operation grows more than 40 varieties of USDA Certified Organic vegetables. Our livestock operation is Animal Welfare Approved and all of our animals are pasture-raised. Available livestock products include eggs, beef, chicken, pork, lamb and goat. The diets of egg-laying chickens, meat birds and pigs are supplemented with non-GMO feed, and our cattle are strictly grass-fed and grass-finished.

We offer 115 vegetable CSA shares during the growing season. We also offer a limited number of winter CSA shares for both our vegetables and meat. We accept SNAP benefits and offer subsidized CSA shares in partnership with our local food pantry.
