Choy Division
Choy Division is a 1/2 acre diversified vegetable farm dedicated to growing east Asian heritage vegetables and herbs using regenerative agricultural techniques.
We currently sell our produce through our CSA program as well as the Chester Ag Center Farm Store. We offer half or whole season shares at 10 or 20 weeks, and each week you can expect a box with 6-10 varieties of culturally relevant and nutrient dense vegetables, herbs, and fruit. We highlight vegetables such as head mustard, bitter melon, kkaenip, chamoe melon, Thai chilies, komatsuna, mizuna, and luobo radish. Each share is ideal for a 2-3 person household. To become a member, please visit our website for more information on pricing and dates and how to sign up.
