Heart Hill Farm

We are a small flower farm on the outskirts of Rhinebeck providing Summer and Fall CSA bouquet memberships, as well as made-to-order seasonal arrangements.

Known for our heart mowed on the side of a hill, we grow everything straight from the heart.

Season

Summer CSA is five weeks beginning in July. From Snapdragons to Zinnias and Eucalyptus, we cannot wait to share our flowers with you! We can also provide extra add-on bouquets available during pick up times as well-- just ask!

Autumn CSA is four weeks beginning at the end of August. We have over 100 different Dahlia varieties and over 30 different heirloom Chrysanthemums that will play center stage during this CSA.
