Hemlock Hill Farm

Owned and operated in Westchester County by the DeMaria Family since 1939, Hemlock Hill Farm is a working livestock farm and processing facility. We grow Black Angus beef, Bard Rock chickens, Yorkshire pigs, Dorset lambs, Embdon geese, Peking ducks, fresh eggs and seasonal vegetables. Our animals are hormone and antibiotic free. Pasture raised on our 120 acre farm. We process our animals on site in our newly renovated butcher shop. Our all natural vegetables are grown from May to October. We take great pride in growing with biodynamic, bio-nutrient and permaculture techniques.

We also have a farm store which is open 7 days a week selling all our farm fresh products direct to the local community.
