Hemlock Hill Farm
Nestled in back roads of Cortlandt Manor NY, Hemlock Hill Farm is a working livestock farm and processing facility. We grow a wide variety of animals Black Angus beef, Barred Rock chickens, Yorkshire pigs, Dorset lambs, Embdon geese, Peking ducks. Our animals are hormone and antibiotic free. Pasture raised and humanely raised on our 120 acre farm. We process our animals on site in our newly renovated USDA certified butcher shop. We take great pride in using biodynamic, bio-nutrient, regenerative and permaculture techniques. Continuing traditions through food and farming.
Our meat CSA runs for 3 months.

Small - Ground meat, sausage, whole chicken and/or roast: $225 (8-10 lb each pickup)
Medium - Ground meat, sausage, whole chicken, roast, steaks, lamb cuts, and pork cuts: $450 (15-18 lb each pickup)
Large - Ground meat, sausage, whole chicken, roast, steaks, lamb cuts, and pork cuts: $900 (28-30 lb each pickup)
