Highland Farm Game Meats

Highland Farm is a second generation farm nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley. The farm, comprised of 50 acres of rolling hills and paddocks, began primarily as a deer farm where animals were raised for venison. Over the past several decades the farm has expanded to raise several different game animal species including bison, mouflon sheep, aoudads, wild boar, ostriches and a few others. The staff of Highland Farm has a rich and extensive background in exotic animal management. They are proud to provide premium, hormone and antibiotic free, farm fresh game meats to local and regional customers all while maintaining the highest quality care for their unique animals herds.
