Seed Song Farm

Seed Song Farm spans 30 acres, nestled among residential, commercial, recreational, and light industrial development at the edge of Kingston, NY. We are part of Esopus Agricultural Center's 212-acre Old Chambers Farm site, along the Esopus Creek and the Catskill Mountains.

Seed Song Farm produces sustainably-grown vegetables, herbs, berries, flowers, and forest products, available through CSA shares, local farmers' markets, and on-site farmstand, and charitable donations. The Farm's commitment to health and sustainability goes far beyond the exclusion of harmful chemicals, as we will take the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New York's (NOFA-NY) Farmer's Pledge. We use indigenous plants both for production, consumption, public activities, and habitat for beneficial plants and insects, including pollinators and natural insect predators.

We are more than a farm, we are also an educational and community center. Seed Song Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides educational and cultural experiences of sustainable agriculture and agroecology. We offer all people access to quality food, shared meals, and farm-based arts and education experiences. By growing, sharing, and celebrating our food together, we evolve our local culture toward an equitable and sustainable land access and stewardship.

Our CSA is a weekly distribution of fresh, local, seasonal, chemical-free vegetables, herbs, and you-pick flowers from the first week of June to the first week of November. We offer four sizes to choose to meet your family’s needs, full-choice selection (no need to ever take an item you don't want), weekend and weekday pickup times, and an option to work together in the fields and at the wash tub.

Our CSA members are part of our family. As a whole, we come together with compassion to grow healthy food, share recipes, feed each other, and grow community. The pre-season sign-ups provide Seed Song with the essential funds to produce healthy food, thrive, and prosper throughout the season.

Two pickup options- if you can't pick up one week, pick up at the other time, or send a friend in your place.

-Includes a Seed Song Center membership.
-Working and non-working shares available.
-Includes you-pick experiences of vegetables, flowers and herbs in addition to vegetable units.
